This starter privacy notice must be reviewed and completed by Edvora before launch. Confirm the legal entity name, office address, contact email, retention schedule, applicable jurisdiction, and the processors used by the live notification workflow.
Information you provide
If you request a consultation, Edvora receives your name, phone number, email address, approximate annual budget, preferred study destination, study level, consultation preference, and any documents you choose to upload. Mock-test requests include your chosen test, preferred date and time, and optional target score. If you create an account, Supabase Auth processes your sign-in details and the site stores saved universities and destinations against your account. The optional journey planner saves destination, study level, intake, selected comparisons, and checklist progress in your browser only.
How it is used
Consultation and mock-test details are used to respond to requests and arrange follow-up. If configured, request details are sent to Edvora’s n8n workflows to notify the advisor team and send student confirmations by email or WhatsApp. n8n receives only a document count when files are uploaded; files remain in private Supabase Storage for staff review. The website reports whether n8n accepted the notification request; Edvora must verify that its email and WhatsApp workflow steps actually deliver messages. Account and saved-item data are used to provide account features. Edvora should not use these details for unrelated marketing unless you separately agree.
Documents and retention
Academic document uploads use a private Supabase Storage bucket when server-side storage credentials are configured. Staff access is restricted and download links expire. The current application schedules uploaded files for deletion after 90 days, subject to the cleanup job being configured and running. Students should not upload passport numbers, bank statements, or unrelated sensitive material unless Edvora specifically requests it through a secure process.
Service providers and rights
The site uses Supabase for authentication, database, and private file storage, Vercel for website hosting, and may use n8n and its configured email or WhatsApp providers to process request notifications. Edvora should identify its service providers and explain how users can request access, correction, or deletion of their information.
